Disclosure: independent restoration firms and Oklahoma credentials
Broken Arrow Water Damage Restoration runs a telephone line and a request form for water damage response in Broken Arrow and Tulsa County, Oklahoma. It does not extract water, set drying equipment, remove materials or carry out repairs, and it employs no technicians. Each call is referred to one independent restoration partner, which is solely responsible for its assessment, its scope, its pricing and the quality of its work.
Oklahoma issues no state licence for water damage restoration, and the Department of Environmental Quality states that no state licensing or certification programme exists for mold testing or remediation businesses. Where a job involves plumbing, electrical or mechanical work, the licence required by the Construction Industries Board is the partner's to hold, as is roofing registration, its insurance, and compliance with any municipal permit. Broken Arrow Water Damage Restoration and this website hold no trade licence, certification or insurance of their own and claim none, and nothing here states that a partner's credentials have been checked by us.
Any licence or registration number is given on request, by calling (833) 490-5225 or by asking the partner directly, and can be verified with the Construction Industries Board. Numbers are withheld from this website for the privacy of the businesses involved. Coverage questions are decided by your insurer; the Oklahoma Insurance Department handles consumer complaints about claim handling. Asbestos rules are triggered by renovation, demolition or removal rather than by water damage itself, so ask before material comes out of an older building.

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Oklahoma is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
